By accessing or using the Rivedix website (www.rivedix.com), our products, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of Rivedix's digital and professional services.

Rivedix Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides cybersecurity consulting, data privacy advisory, AI governance services, and related technology products including Cykruit, PenToolkit (rkavach), and CMA (rkavach). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for consulting engagements are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA) entered into between Rivedix and the client.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or website at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Our content

All content on the Rivedix website including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software is the property of Rivedix Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consulting deliverables (reports, assessments, roadmaps) become the property of the client upon full payment. Rivedix retains the right to reuse underlying methodologies, frameworks, and tools but not client-specific confidential information in future engagements.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about our services, you grant Rivedix a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve our products and services.

Rivedix treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client-specific information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. All client engagements are covered by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as standard practice. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your obligations

Where Rivedix shares proprietary methodologies, tools, or frameworks with you during an engagement, you agree to treat such information as confidential and not to reproduce, distribute, or use it outside the scope of the engagement without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rivedix Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use our website or services; any security breach or incident at your organisation despite our advice; errors or omissions in our consulting outputs; or reliance on information provided on our website.

Cap on liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a consulting engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Rivedix for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

No guarantee of security

Cybersecurity is an evolving field. While we apply our best expertise, we cannot guarantee that following our advice will prevent all security incidents. Our recommendations are based on information available at the time of the engagement.

Payment terms for consulting engagements are specified in the applicable SOW or MSA. Unless otherwise agreed: invoices are payable within 30 days of issue; late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month; Rivedix reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Permitted use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: use the site in any way that violates applicable laws; transmit unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content without permission.

Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of those sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@rivedix.com to attempt resolution in good faith. Both parties agree to attempt mediation for a period of 30 days before pursuing litigation.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, by direct communication. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
